12^th International Scientific-Practical Conference «Saint-Petersburg and the Countries of Northern Europe»“ in Saint-Petersburg

On 14-15 April, 2010 the 12^th international scientific-practical conference ”Saint-Petersburg and the Countries of Northern Europe“ was held in Saint-Petersburg.   The representative of the Karelian Branch of NWAPA was V.G. Badanov, PhD., who reported on Olonetz Zemstvo, Finland and agricultural development of Karelia in the beginning of the 20^th century.
