Open House Day
 On 25 April, 2010 a traditional open house day was held in the Karelian Branch of NWAPA. This day is an opportunity for school leavers to get information on this educational institution, and to see it with their own eyes. Enrollees of day and correspondence departments got together to learn about the history of the Karelian Branch, educational services, enrollment procedure, fields of specialization, about the staff, and about scientific and public activities of the Karelian Branch of NWAPA. Enrollees were given exact information on the peculiarities of the entrance procedure of 2010. They were also shown the lecture rooms, information-librarian center, computer classes and the canteen.
