The Karelian Branch of the North-West Academy of Public Administration

The Karelian Branch of the North-West Academy of Public Administration is a separate branch of the federal state educational institution of higher professional education called «The North-West Academy of Public Administration» (Saint-Petersburg), a leading educational, methodological and scientific centre of the North-West region of Russia in the sphere of training civil and municipal employees.

The Karelian Branch offers training, retraining, and in-service training of civil and municipal employees, as well as seminars, consultations, information- and methodology services in the sphere of state and municipal administration. The Karelian Branch is part of the countrywide educational network of the Russian Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Russian Federation.
